Changes to the Editorial Team

I am writing with two updates to the composition of the editorial team.

I am sad to announce the departure of our copy editor, Cherie Braden, as of early April.  Cherie has been a dedicated and valuable member of the editorial team, and we are very sorry to lose her.  Cherie is departing to dedicate more of her time and energy to her studies, and, on behalf of the rest of the editorial team, I want to offer her our best wishes for continued success.  We hope to conduct a search for a new copy editor sometime this summer.

On a happier note, I am very pleased to announce the promotion of Skye Cleary from Associate Editor to Managing Editor of the blog.  Skye’s work on the blog, both in terms of soliciting and editing content, as well as behind the scenes, has been exceptional, and I am overjoyed to be able to recognize her efforts and accomplishments, as well as to augment her role on the team with this promotion.

  1. Thank you, Lewis! You guys are the best, and I’ll miss you too.

And a big congratulations to Skye! She certainly deserves it.
