What are You Reading? (April 11-17)

Because April is recognized as Earth Month in the US and Canada, and features Earth Day on April 22, it seems appropriate to use this week’s column to recognize new scholarship in environmental philosophy.  The following three books were featured at the most recent conference of the International Association of Environmental Philosophy (IAEP).  They contain new insights on how to make a compelling case for taking action regarding pressing environmental issues, and have novel ideas about our relationship with and obligation to the environment.  Anyone interested in learning more is encouraged to pick them up.
