Welcome to our new Associate Editor: Jennifer Baker

I’m pleased to announce the addition of a new member of the editorial team, Jennifer Baker, as associate editor.  Jennifer joins us from the College of Charleston, where she is an Associate Professor in the Department of Philosophy.  Her philosophical work focuses on virtue ethics and its practical applications, particularly with respect to business ethics.  As a member of the blog editorial team, Jennifer will be taking the lead on content relating to teaching, from innovative techniques to enliven classic materials to varied approaches to handling a variety of pedagogical situations, and content relating to service, including the service we provide to our departments, our universities, and the community at large.

An important aspect of the mission for this blog is to provide a venue for APA members to share their perspectives on these issues, and to make sure the issues that are important to the membership are being addressed.  If you have ideas for posts on these topics, or want to contribute on these topics, make sure to get in touch with Jennifer through our submission form, or you can reach out to Jennifer directly.

I’m excited to welcome Jennifer to the team, and look forward to working with her!
